Our Promise to You

We will do everything within our power and expertise to ensure your experience will be one never to forget.  Though we all must remember it is “fishing” and not “catching”.  We do not guarantee fish or the size of fish but we do guarantee the “opportunity” to catch many fish and big fish.  We will work hard to ensure this will be a trip and an experience of a lifetime.  

We will be fishing on a Hewe’s Craft Alaskan 260 with twin Yamaha 150hp outboards and heated cabin.  Most of our fishing is done within Prince William Sound but weather permitting and at the Captain’s discretion we may run out past the entrance into the Gulf of Alaska. 

TERMS and CONDITIONS

• A 50% deposit is required to reserve a date
• All charter fees will be paid in full prior to departing the dock
• Full refund of deposit if cancellation is within 10 days, if less than 10 days deposit is forfeited
• There will be a full refund if trip is cancelled for weather or mechanical reasons
• Minimum of 3 people to reserve a charter
• Maximum of 5 people for trip
• Halibut trips are approximately 12 hrs
• Silver Salmon half day trips are approximately 4-5 hrs
• Silver Salmon whole day trips are approximately 6-8 hrs
• All rods, reels, bait and tackle provided
• If rods or reels are broke or dropped overboard due to negligence and the Captains instructions aren’t followed we have a, you break it or lose it, you buy it policy
• Professional fish cleaners are available at the dock for a nominal fee.
• We will depart the harbor at 6:00am unless other      arrangements have been made prior with the Captain, please be at the boat not later than 5:30am
• The Captain has the sole authority to determine trip duration due to weather, number of rods being used at a given time or any other circumstance that the safety of the crew and passengers is at risk
• Please bring your lunch, snacks and drinks will be    provided.
• We do NOT mix and match groups.  You fish with your party only unless other arrangements are made.

The Boat

We will be fishing on the Knot Bad, a Hewes Craft Alaskan 260 with twin Yamaha 150hp outboards, a heated cabin and bathroom. Most of our fishing is done within Prince William Sound, but, weather-permitting and at the Captain's discretion, we may run out past the entrance into the Gulf of Alaska.

Halibut-Rockfish-Lingcod:  $285.00 pp

Prince William Sound has some of the best bear hunting in Alaska. We operate out of Valdez
(GMU 6D) and begin drop offs at the end of April and run through Jun 10th.

Most hunts are 5-7 days, but other arrangements can be made at the time of booking if you want to stay longer or shorter. Alaska is a spectacular place, but can be extremely dangerous, and the weather is unpredictable at best. Cell phone service is spotty in Prince William Sound, so we ask all parties to bring a Marine Ban Radio or Satellite phone for safety purposes. They can be rented in Fairbanks or Anchorage.
